PLANNING PROCEDURE
Space Planning:
Space planning starts with an analysis of the premises to be altered and/or remodeled. The space planning analysis phase includes to study and field very existing floor and structural plans, verify or take new field measurements, provide new proposed floor layout and elevation plan. Space planning allows to maximize the possibilities that exist in your space and how they may suit your needs. Based on customers feedback, we edit and finalize a preliminaries floor and design plans that will provide a basis for any architectural drawing that may be needed later on in the construction process.
Material Selection:
The material selection phase helps personalize and distinguish your space. The main goal of material selection is to have an analysis of cost while meeting product performance goals. The final product quality is dependent on the materials used for both internal structure and finish applications. The material selection phase provides unique material options that reflects customers interest and style. Our relationship with local providers, material consultants, professional resource and designers provides us the with the necessary tools to find the best options for your project.
3D Modeling and Animation:
3D Modeling and Animation provides visualization of the final design and allow you to consider modifications in order to finalize a design to meet your expectations.
Budgeting
Budgeting is built based on analysis of all previous phases. Budgeting helps planning actual operations and forces the management of a project to consider how the conditions might change and what steps should be taken in order to stay within the guidelines set for the project.
Architectural Drawings and Permits:
The construction permit process is one of the must difficult and confusing process, and can be time consuming if not engaged with the proper knowledge and strategy. We make the process easy and manageable by providing architectural services alongside preliminary design and floor plans. We will manage the process from providing Architectural and/or Permit Plans to obtaining approved permits.
